Required to work permanent split shifts, i.e. 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Responsible for handling perishable goods such as vegetables and fruits.
Able to assess and identify the quality of vegetables and fruits, including selection, rejection, and negotiation with suppliers.
Capable of managing and justifying pricing adjustments based on perishability and limited shelf life, and communicating all price changes, discounts, and special promotions to the relevant departments including cashiers.
Must possess good knowledge of cold room storage, inventory control, and stock management procedures.
Overall in charge of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the entire operational area, including the cold room, packing area, and main sales walkway.
Customer service oriented with good interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to oversee and manage the entire operation.
Must remain contactable at all times, with mobile phone on standby around the clock.
