Store Manager

Inventory & Stock Management

• Oversee daily receiving, issuing, transfer, and return of stock/items
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement/vendors
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances

Store Operations

• Ensure proper organisation, labelling, storage, and housekeeping of the store/warehouse
• Maintain proper handling and storage procedures for equipment, materials, and tools
• Ensure timely issuance and preparation of items for projects, deliveries, and operations
• Monitor and improve store operational efficiency and workflow

Team Supervision

• Supervise storekeepers, logistics assistants, and store personnel
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor staff performance
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety requirements, and operational procedures
• Assist in training and onboarding of store staff

Coordination & Logistics

• Coordinate with procurement, operations, engineering, and project teams regarding inventory requirements
• Arrange and monitor deliveries, stock transfers, and material movements
• Support project mobilisation and operational requirements through proper inventory planning

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare inventory, stock movement, and discrepancy reports
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of inventory records and delivery documents
• Assist with audit and stock verification exercises
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company procedures
