We are an established and growing operations-driven organisation in Singapore, seeking a committed and hands-on Operations Executive to support our day-to-day fleet and manpower operations.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in time-sensitive environments where coordination, speed, and decision-making are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily deployment of vehicles and frontline teams
- Manage rostering, scheduling, and manpower planning for shift-based operations
- Monitor live operations and respond to real-time situations and changes
- Ensure timely execution of all assigned jobs and service requests
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle operational disruptions and make quick, effective decisions
- Prepare reports and support documentation processes
- Work closely with management to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Support HR-related matters including attendance tracking and onboarding
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent relevant experience in operations preferred
- Experience in fleet management, logistics, transport, or service operations will be an advantage
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Willing to work on a shift-based schedule

- Make quick, sound decisions in time-critical situations
- Ensure all deployments and jobs are executed efficiently and on schedule
- Handle multiple issues at once without losing oversight
- Gain the trust of both management and frontline teams through performance
- Integrate quickly into the operations team and demonstrate readiness to take on leadership responsibilities and supervise team members over time
