Position Title: Team Supervisor (Site Operations)

Salary Package: Basic salary $35,00 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Job Requirements:

Ensure accurate daily tracking of worker attendance, including clock-in and clock-out times.

Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team of workers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations on the customer site.

Assign tasks and duties based on individual team members strengths.

Communicate job roles, expectations, and deadlines clearly to all team members.

Oversee and monitor the quality of work performed by team members to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Act as the primary contact for resolving any conflicts or issues among team members or with customers, ensuring a positive work environment.

Address disputes quickly and fairly, promoting harmony within the team. Escalate major concerns to upper management when necessary, while proposing practical solutions.

Ensure the availability of necessary tools, equipment, and resources for the team to perform their duties efficiently.

Execute any new assignments as directed by the superior, adjusting to the needs of the project or operations.

Proven experience in a supervisory or engineering role, preferably in a similar setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Excellent communication skills to clearly convey expectations and resolve conflicts.

Good organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.

Ability to work independently and escalate issues to upper management when necessary.

Min 5 years of working experience.
