Job Requirements:
- Communicate job expectations planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews prepare and complete action plans implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
- Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
- Willing to work in healthcare environment.
- Willing to handle dirty goods.
- Willing to work overtime.
Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:
- Preferable possess a valid Singapore Driving License Class 3/4.
- Minimum Diploma in operations management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
- Good organising abilities, interpersonal and communications skills
- Leadership ability
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Between 21 to 50 years of age
- Males must complete National Service
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Salary package S$3,100.00 - S$4,500.00 (Basic + Allowance)
- Entitled for AL, MC and medical benefit
