Key Responsibilities

- Translate company strategy into operational plans, allocate resources, and drive execution to achieve business goals.

- Build data monitoring systems, analyse key metrics, and provide insights to optimise processes.

- Manage product mix and customer operations, ensuring supply-demand alignment and sales growth.

- Lead and develop the operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and monitor industry trends to enhance competitiveness.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's degree or above in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- At least 3 years experience in B2B fresh food operations management team leadership preferred.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with proven cross-departmental experience.

- Overseas working experience is an advantage.
