Summary

The individual is responsible for supporting operational activities in the Technical Service department to deliver smooth and efficient processes

Job Responsibility

Support the Operation aspect of the Service department to deliver service and repair activities for our customers.
Coordinate repair activities to ensure service and repair activities are completed within defined KPIs.
Work with internal and external stakeholders.
Involve in operations matter related shipping and receiving activities for equipment repair, spare parts and tools
Coordinate shipment, return, receiving activities
Maintain accurate and timely operational data and repair reports in the Service system.
Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to support process improvement.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field with minimum 1 year of work experiences
Experience and interest in Sales operations, service and repair operations, project operations, project coordination or manufacturing operations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word experience with ERP, SAP or Service systems is an advantage.
