Salary: Up to $6,000 Gross / Month

Location: Singapore

Working Hours:

. Monday - Friday

. 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours)

Role Overview:

The Operations Specialist is responsible for the hands-on execution and oversight of daily physical security operations across assigned site(s).

This role ensures a safe and secure environment through incident response, guard force management, and security systems oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution

. Oversee daily security operations

. Conduct patrols, inspections & compliance checks

. Respond to incidents, emergencies & breaches

. Maintain strong on-site presence

Security Personnel & Vendor Oversight

. Supervise security officers & vendors

. Ensure compliance with SOP & site requirements

. Support rostering & manpower deployment

. Identify gaps and escalate issues

Security Systems & Technology

. Monitor CCTV, access control & alarm systems

. Coordinate system maintenance & upgrades

. Support investigations using system data

Incident Management & Risk

. Handle incidents (unauthorized access, theft, safety)

. Support audits, risk assessments & reviews

. Implement corrective actions

. Ensure compliance with security standards

Communication & Reporting

. Prepare incident & daily reports

. Maintain proper documentation

. Liaise with stakeholders & emergency responders

Requirements:

. Minimum 3 years experience in security operations

. Valid PLRD License

. RTT Certified

. Knowledge of CCTV / access control systems

. Strong incident handling & reporting skills

. Able to work under pressure

Preferred:

. Diploma/Degree in Security / Criminal Justice

. Certifications:CPP / PSP / PCI / CSMP

. Experience in MNC / manufacturing environment
