Operations Specialist (Games/Software)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage overseas operations for games or software products, including planning and executing operational strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user acquisition,retention, and monetization
  • Prepare regular operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Support product optimization initiatives based on user data and market insights
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications is required
  • Min. 5 years of experience in overseas operations for games or digital products
  • Familiarity with casual game categories (e.g., match-3, merge, runner) or similar products.
  • Strong data analysis capability experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Python,Tableau) is preferred
  • Experience using AI tools in operational workflows is an advantage
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure
