We are looking for a driven and motivated Operations & Sales Executive who shares our passion for cars and can help grow the business while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Operations:

. Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.

. Coordinate with technicians and staff to manage workflow and scheduling.

. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock accuracy.

. Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

. Support management in implementing new processes to improve productivity.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

. Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and online customers.

. Promote and upsell services (detailing, PPF, coating, washes, etc.) based on customer needs.

. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

. Assist in executing marketing promotions and campaigns.

Reporting & Growth:

. Track sales performance and operational KPIs.

. Provide feedback and ideas to management for service improvements.

. Assist in business development initiatives, partnerships, and events.

Requirements

. Passion for cars and automotive culture (must-have).

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Sales-driven mindset with customer service excellence.

. Prior experience in sales or operations (automotive industry a bonus).

. Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work independently.

. Basic knowledge of MS Office / POS systems social media skills an advantage.
