Your Role on Our Journey
- Support day to day operations which includes movement of vehicles check-in and check-out of vehicles and coordination of traffic flow
- Support car turnover and grooming according to delivery standards
- Liaise and manage short-term hirers on assigned operations issues.
- Engagement of clients for any enquiries and contract review for both car collection and return.
- Support operations control in acquiring vehicles and releasing vehicles
- Support operations control in organising planning and deployment of resources for vehicle delivery and collection.
- Support operations control and liaising with operations in organising planning and deployment of driver-partners for driver pick-up services.
- Inculcate safety values and the importance of service quality.
- Enforce compliance to SOP(s) and instructions from Operations Control.
- Any other related duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time
What Makes You A Perfect Fit
- Need to have a valid driving license of more than 2 years with good record
- Take ownership of operations
- Good interpersonal and networking skill
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to multitask
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work during weekends as required (5.5 day work week)
