Duties:
- Daily manpower planning to ensure operation excellence in a cost-effective manner and to fulfil contractual obligations.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand operational needs in order to plan/forecast the necessary resources required.
- Attendance management and make necessary adjustments when necessary.
- Work closely with HR and Ops to manage and achieve efficiency in manpower deployment. Initiates processes to streamline operations.
- Assist with HR on MOM deliverables regarding workforce.
- Implement information system and process flow for manpower planning.
- Work/Check on-site during project period to ensure manpower supply is managed optimally.
- Coordinate manpower's security clearances and permit to work.
- Management of all company vehicle maintenance needs.
- Management of all company PPE drawing and consumable distribution.
- Conduct routine review with HR for performance improvement.
- Coordination with government authorities for renewal or applications of consent/licences.
Expected scenario and deliverables:
- Early forecast in manpower planning to allow company foresight into tendering for new projects.
- Efficiencies in resource usage resulting in cost savings in time and labour.
Other expectations:
- Have some interest in greenery, trees and plants.
- Willingness to explore other options to solve problems.
- Possibility to represent company for tenders (Maintenance, Projects and Events)
Requirements:
- Diploma in Landscape, Construction, Logistics, Supply Chain, Facilities or related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
- 1-2 years experience in operations/logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
