Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver strategic global operations programs, including manufacturing transitions, expansions, and production transfers.
- Manage end-to-end program execution from business case development through to successful completion
- Oversee large-scale, multi-project initiatives, ensuring alignment to timelines, scope, and objectives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams across operations, finance, legal, engineering, HR, and other key functions
- Monitor program performance, identify risks or deviations, and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
- Provide regular reporting, define success metrics, and ensure overall program effectiveness and closure.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in program management / project management in Manufacturing industry
- Regional exposure
