Operations Planning & Strategy Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with the team to identify and implement operational efficiencies.
2. Develop plans and proposals aimed at enhancing the organization's competitiveness.
3. Use SQL to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
4. Use Excel to perform data cleaning, filtering, and visualization tasks.
5. Use Ms Access to create a simple form for users to perform data entry.
6. Creating reports, and dashboards, and conducting data analytics to inform improvement efforts.
7. Researching and evaluating technology solutions to enhance operations.
8. Executing management initiatives designed to enhance overall business performance.

Requirements:

1. A degree in IT, business, or engineering, indicating a foundation of relevant knowledge.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in any capacity, demonstrating a well-rounded understanding of business operations.
3. Strong logical and analytical skills, which are crucial for identifying improvement opportunities and devising effective strategies.
4. Fluency in Mandarin, along with good English writing skills, suggesting the position might involve interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
5. Willingness to learn and technically savvy, indicating an openness to adopting new technologies and practices.
