Leads strategic planning for operations in alignment with business goals, capacity, and market outlook
Drives process optimization initiatives and operational development across departments, identifying and implementing improvements in workflow, efficiency, and performance
Monitors and analyzes operational performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reports to support continuous improvement
Prepares and delivers clear, concise, and impactful management presentation materials to support decision-making and communication with internal stakeholders
Supports scenario planning, budgeting, and forecasting for operations and manufacturing
Collaborates cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and operation departments to align operational strategies
Ensures alignment between top-level strategy and on-site execution through consistent planning and communication
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field
10+ years of experience in operations, planning, or strategy roles, preferably within the semiconductor industry
Strong understanding of business operations, factory planning, and supply chain flows
Proven ability to prepare management-level presentations with clarity and impact
Skilled in operational data analysis and performance tracking (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and seniority levels
