Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Singapore, with opportunities for some work from home. The Operations Planning Manager / Senior Client Support / Customer Service Assistant will oversee operational planning, manage production schedules, and provide high-level support to clients and teams. Responsibilities include streamlining operational processes, analyzing data to improve efficiency, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless client interactions.
