Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Planning Manager / Operations Executive / Operations Analyst based in Singapore, allowing a mix of onsite and work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include coordinating operations planning, analyzing key metrics to optimize workflows, managing overall operations, and supporting efficient production and resource allocation. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operational Planning and Planning methodologies
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive insights
• Experience in Operations Management, including workflow optimization
• Background in Production Planning to enhance resource efficiency
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain flexibility in a hybrid working environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferable
• Familiarity with operational tools and technologies is an advantage
