Operations Planning Manager / Operations Executive / Operations Analyst

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Operations Planning Manager / Operations Executive / Operations Analyst based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves managing and optimizing operational processes to ensure seamless business efficiency. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing operational plans, coordinating production schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and conducting data analysis to support informed decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and align operations with company goals.

• Proficiency in Operational Planning and Production Planning to develop and execute efficient workflows and schedules
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for insights and decision-making
• Expertise in Operations Management to ensure streamlined processes and optimal performance
• Experience with Planning and resource allocation to meet business objectives effectively
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using data visualization and planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, ERP systems)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
