Key Responsibilities: -

Support the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of school operations.
Identify operational issues, monitor progress and follow up on corrective actions.
Provide administrative and corporate secretarial support to management.
Plan, coordinate and support school, corporate and other company events.
Conduct statistical analysis of school and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps and key insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to support management decision-making and operational planning.
Be proactive, detail-oriented and willing to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion.

To excel in this position, you will need to: -

Possess a Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.
Be effectively bilingual, with good command of English and Mandarin.
Be able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and outlet representatives.
Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with a team.
Demonstrate strong time management, organisational and communication skills.
