We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Operations Assistant / Operations Officer to support our daily operational activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who takes ownership of their work and is capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records within internal systems
- Scan, organize, and archive documents in the electronic filing system
- Support day-to-day operational processes and internal administrative tasks
- Assist in handling operations-related requests and ensuring timely completion
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency
Requirements:
- Prior experience in operations, administration, or a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems
- Knowledge or experience in CRS (Common Reporting Standard) is an advantage
- Exposure to the trust business or financial services industry is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
