Operations & Merchandising Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Merchandising Executive to support our day-to-day food manufacturing operations and ensure smooth inventory management across retail stores. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable being on the ground.
Key Responsibilities

Operations (Food Factory)

• Support daily operations at the food production facility

• Coordinate packing, dispatch, and delivery schedules

• Ensure products are prepared and dispatched according to timelines

• Maintain basic operational records and checklists

• Assist with hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs

Merchandising & Inventory

• Visit retail outlets to check stock levels and product availability

• Track inventory in stores and coordinate replenishment

• Ensure proper product display, FIFO rotation, and shelf standards

• Flag slow-moving or out-of-stock items

• Coordinate with stores and internal teams on stock issues

Logistics & Admin Support

• Assist with deliveries and collections when required

• Maintain inventory tracking sheets and simple reports

• Support ad-hoc operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• Singaporean or PR only

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence

• Comfortable with driving to multiple locations

• Experience in food operations, FMCG, retail, or merchandising is an advantage

• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Able to work independently and follow SOPs

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

• One Saturday per month (half day, as required)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: From SGD 2,300 and above, depending on experience

• Mileage / transport reimbursement (if applicable)
