Operations . Marketing . Administration Team Member
This role keeps day-to-day operations humming, drive marketing activity, and handles essential office/admin tasks.
What You'll Do, Typical Daily Touch-Points
Operations:
- Handle customer queries.
- Following SOPs to simplify work task
- Following up with suppliers with ordering and payments
Marketing:
- Draft and schedule email blasts and social posts
- Design quick visuals or 15-sec videos in Canva or Photoshop-no agency wait times
- Follow a 90 days marketing task chart to create new marketing materials
Must-Have Skills:
- Confident with Photoshop, Canva, and at least one mobile video-editing app (e.g. CapCut)
- Able to navigate Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok proficiently to ensure timely posting
- Comfortable juggling Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Clear communicator who can talk to clients one minute and craft a social caption the next
- Able to handle ad-hoc tasks when required
Good-to-Have Extras:
- Experience supporting trade-show logistics or pop-up events
- Experience in Lark
