Role Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing processes, resources, and teams to deliver consistent performance and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities include monitoring operational workflows, establishing performance metrics, managing budgets and resource allocation, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong understanding of operational processes, performance management, and business optimization strategies.

Proficiency in analyzing operational data, implementing process improvements, and managing teams to achieve results. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive operational excellence.
