What You Will Do
1. Station Management & Daily Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations across all 4 stations, ensuring consistent service standards and smooth forecourt flow
Conduct regular site visits and inspections provide objective reports to management with clear corrective actions
Coordinate with fuel, non-fuel, and systems teams to assess operational feasibility of new campaigns or initiatives
Manage traffic and queue control in line with authority guidelines
2. Manpower Management
Plan and allocate manpower across the station network, balancing peak-period coverage with cost efficiency
Own station rostering and ensure compliance with Singapore's Progressive Wage Model(PWM)
Lead recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance reviews, and day-to-day HR matters for frontline staff
Build a positive team culture and address performance issues in a fair, structured manner
3. Safety, Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
Own all station licenses and regulatory requirements (fuel retail, food handling, tobacco, etc.)
Lead monthly HSSE meetings and drive a proactive safety culture through hazard scans and near-miss reporting
Keep all stations inspection-ready with up-to-date documentation and equipment records
Lead and coordinate regulatory inspections with relevant Singapore authorities
Requirements
Must-have:
5+years managing a petrol station or multi-outlet retail / F&B operations
Hands-on manpower management experience
Working knowledge of HSSE and workplace safety requirements
Chinese and English language proficiency (spoken and written)
Valid Class 3/3A driving license
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good to have:
Experience with Singapore regulatory bodies (EMA, SCDF, NEA, LTA)
Familiarity with dispenser/forecourt equipment
POS or fuel management system experience
