Job Summary

Oversee and lead operations of a flagship shopping mall and mixed-use development, ensuring efficient asset performance, regulatory compliance, and exceptional tenant and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of a major shopping mall and mixed-use development to ensure efficient and safe asset performance
Oversee building services, maintenance programs, mechanical and electrical systems, and manage operational service providers to maintain high standards
Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements to uphold asset integrity and legal standards
Manage tenant operational matters including handovers, fit-out coordination, reinstatements, and daily tenant engagement to support smooth operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to foster a positive and collaborative environment
Drive operational excellence by coordinating asset enhancement projects and improving customer experience
Collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders to align operational goals and deliver seamless service

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in shopping mall, retail, commercial, or mixed-use property operations
Strong knowledge of building operations and mechanical and electrical systems
Experience managing tenant fit-outs, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to manage service providers and cross-functional stakeholders
Degree in Building Services, Engineering, Estate Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience within a large-scale retail environment
