Operations Manager

This role is dedicated to end-to-end on-site operation management for our cleaning service projects. Once projects are confirmed, you will take full charge of service quality, manpower, cost control and compliance to ensure stable and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

1. On-site Operation Management

   • Take over overall on-site management for confirmed cleaning projects.

   • Arrange manpower and scheduling, supervise daily cleaning service standards.

2. Cost & Inventory Control

   • Manage cleaning materials and supplies, control operational costs effectively.

   • Ensure neat site performance and consistent service quality.

3. Compliance & Reporting

   • Ensure all cleaning projects comply with WSH, NEA and local regulatory requirements.

   • Maintain proper records, reports and documentation for audits and reviews.

4. Team & Workflow Optimization

   • Lead and supervise cleaning staff to meet service standards.

   • Optimize operation workflows and processes as the company scales up.

Requirements

- At least 2 years experience in Singapore cleaning service / facility management industry.

- Willing to join a start-up team, proactive, able to start from zero on business sourcing.

- Fluent in English & Chinese for client communication and basic paperwork.

Mon-Fri, 9-6, on-site
