Finance Manager

Our client is a fast-growing Singapore-based start-up and they are looking for a Finance Manager to lead its finance operations and play a key role in shaping the company's growth story.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance.

• Build and enhance financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to support business decisions.

• Oversee cash management, budgeting, and cost control measures.

• Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to refine growth plans, funding strategies, and investment evaluations.

• Implement and improve finance processes, systems, and internal controls as the business expands.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of full-spectrum finance experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

• Big 4 auditors are welcomed

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly adaptable and hands-on - comfortable navigating ambiguity in a start-up setting.

• Excellent proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
