Job Responsibilities
- Oversee overall factory operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
- Manage production costs, resources, and machinery utilization to achieve operational targets.
- Lead and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and production staff to drive productivity improvements.
- Monitor and analyze production performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to provide technical and production support.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in precision engineering or metal fabrication within a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with familiarity in ISO standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with MRP systems.
