Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full control of daily operations and long-term strategic financial goals, reporting directly to management. Ensure operational excellence through robust implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow optimizations. Champion customer satisfaction, consistently meeting or surpassing service expectations across all outlets. Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and service evaluations to enact immediate improvements and service recovery. Oversee full profit and loss (P&L) accountability, ensuring revenue goals and budget compliance. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to enhance back-of-house efficiency and align production with service delivery. Analyze daily sales performance and implement corrective measures or promotions to drive growth. Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency, balancing labor and utility usage. Address operational disruptions swiftly to maintain continuity and guest experience. Conduct regular reviews to report on financial performance and operational trends to management. Manage financial protocols, ensuring secure cash handling and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or financial management within a hospitality or service-based environment. Proven track record of managing customer satisfaction and operational standards effectively. Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and implement cost-saving strategies. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams through effective mentoring and structured performance evaluations. Proficient in implementing operational compliance and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve issues impacting business continuity.
