Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support the Deputy Director in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of operating theatre resources.
• Facilitate multi-stakeholder discussions and planning sessions to enhance theatre utilization, case flow, and operational excellence.
• Maintain and analyze operational dashboards, translating insights into actionable workplans and timely issue escalation.
• Assist in optimizing inventory management by reviewing SKU and par levels, and improving operational procedures within the operating theatre.
• Coordinate and track major operational development initiatives, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders for effective submissions and project milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for candidates with expertise in healthcare operations, process improvement, data analytics, or project management.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in surgical services or operating theatre operations.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance tracking and dashboard reporting.
• Familiarity with process review, inventory governance, and project coordination is advantageous.
