Job Responsibilities
. Oversee daily operational activities to ensure all processes run efficiently
. In charge of developing new SOP to help improve work process
. Identify, evaluate, and manage keybusiness partners and customer
. Support in business continuity activities and records management
. Support monthly compliance check on the contract management deliverables and consolidate evidence to support all the deliverables
. Meeting management expectations
. Involved in planning schedule
. Budget controls and management
. Involve in meetings with potential/current clients to work out their concerns and expectations
. Preparations of weekly/monthly reports
. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
. Have at least hold 5 years of leadership/managerial work experience
. Able to work with minimum supervision
. Able to work on weekend
. Required to handle multiple sites
. Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
