Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and distribution of the exchange's App full-end traffic resources (Push/In-app Message/Email/Featured Positions/Pop-ups), build a traffic resource pool and standardize allocation mechanisms to ensure closed-loop demand delivery.
  • Collaborate with algorithm teams on personalized traffic targeting projects, design user layered touch strategies, and optimize the full-link conversion from exposure to deposit/transaction via A/B testing.
  • Establish the core data indicator system for middle-tier traffic operations, regularly output review reports, identify conversion bottlenecks and push forward data-driven traffic optimization solutions.
  • Cooperate with PMO and R&D teams to promote the productization and automation of traffic operation tools, formulate platform-level SOPs, and improve the efficiency of whole-platform traffic management.
  • Coordinate traffic resource demands of multiple business lines, resolve resource conflicts, and provide traffic operation empowerment training for business teams to enhance overall traffic utilization efficiency.
  • Track industry traffic operation innovation trends, promote the landing of new touch forms, and continuously optimize the platform's traffic operation system.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of relevant traffic/ user operation experience; experience in traffic touch operation of crypto exchanges is a strong plus.
  • Cross-team Collaboration:Excellent cross-team communication and promotion capabilities, able to efficiently align with algorithm, product and R&D teams, and drive the landing of traffic strategies and innovative touch forms with clear logic and strong execution.
  • Data Analysis Capability:Solid data analysis skills, sensitive to traffic and conversion data, able to use data tools to analyze traffic operation rules, identify conversion pain points and output actionable optimization solutions.
  • Professional Quality:Strong self-motivation and learning ability, meticulous and patient in work; able to adapt to the fast-paced work pressure in a high-growth industry, and have a strong sense of responsibility for the closed-loop of work.
  • Industry Insight:Basic understanding of crypto/fintech industry user behavior characteristics is preferred; familiar with App in-app traffic touch forms and resource position operation logic is a plus.
