The Role
We are hiring an Operations Manager to run and build day-to-day operations at Love All.
This is a build, fix, and own role. You will be responsible for ensuring the space runs seamlessly across:
- daily bookings and sessions
- events and activations
- customer experience
- on-ground staff execution
You will not be given perfect systems. You are expected to create structure, enforce standards, and drive outcomes in a live operating environment.
What You Will Do
1) Own Daily Operations End-to-End
- Oversee all on-ground operations across courts, facilities, and customer flow
- Ensure sessions run on time and transitions between bookings are smooth
- Maintain a consistently high standard of experience across all touchpoints
2) Build and Enforce SOPs
- Develop and refine SOPs across:
- customer experience
- event execution
- facility management
- Ensure SOPs are practical, used, and followed by the team
- Continuously improve workflows based on real operating conditions
3) Manage and Uplift Team Performance
- Oversee FOH and on-ground staff
- Set clear expectations for service, communication, and execution
- Identify gaps and coach team members to improve
- Ensure consistent performance across all shifts
4) Handle Real-time Operations & Issues
- Act as the escalation point for: customer issues, scheduling conflicts, weather-related disruption, operational breakdowns
- Make quick, sound decisions under pressure
- Maintain service quality even when things go wrong
5) Event and Programming Execution
- Oversee execution of: weekly socials, tournaments, partner activations
- Ensure smooth coordination between players, staff, and partners
- Maintain energy, flow, and experience during peak sessions
6) Coordinate Across Stakeholders
- Work across internal teams, coaches, and external partners
- Align expectations and ensure clear communication
- Balance operational needs with partner and customer requirements
7) Turn Ambiguity into Execution
- Take incomplete or messy inputs and translate them into clear actions
- Prioritise effectively across competing demands
- Ensure things get done without waiting for perfect instructions
