Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multi-outlet restaurant operations, improve systems, and drive business performance. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to ensure consistency and efficiency across the business.

You will play a key role in scaling our brand while maintaining operational excellence and strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across outlets to ensure consistency and efficiency

• Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and training systems

• Monitor financial performance including sales, costs, and productivity

• Lead and mentor restaurant managers and team leaders

• Optimise manpower planning and operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, hygiene, and safety standards

• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and profitability

• Support new outlet openings and expansion initiatives
