We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily operations, improve processes, and drive performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service quality
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead, supervise, and develop operations teams to achieve performance targets
- Monitor KPIs and identify gaps and implement corrective actions
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and resource planning
- Improve workflows, systems, and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant operations experience, with at least 2-3 years in a operations role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
