Operations Manager (Interior Design)

Singapore | Full-Time | Hybrid

I.Poise is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth execution of our interior design and renovation projects. This role bridges design, project management, and site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our high-quality standards.

What You'll Do

* Lead renovation projects from planning to completion

* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues

* Coordinate designers, contractors, and suppliers for flawless execution

* Review and approve carpentry drawings, elevations, and project documentation

* Manage timelines, schedules, and operational workflows

* Ensure compliance with renovation permits and HDB requirements

* Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency across projects

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in Singapore interior design or renovation projects

* Strong understanding of construction, carpentry, and project coordination

* Leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

* Fluent in Chinese to communicate with contractors

* Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field preferred
