Job Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to support the planning and development of clinical services, infrastructure, and resourcing for a new healthcare facility. This role will play a key part in improving patient flow and expanding healthcare accessibility. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, resourceful, and capable of managing the demands of complex healthcare planning in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in stakeholder engagement sessions to provide domain expertise during healthcare facility planning and design, with a focus on improving patient flow and care experience.
  • Drive discussions on the planning and development roadmap for new healthcare facilities, covering clinical services, infrastructure, and resourcing.
  • Work collaboratively with medical planners, consultants, and internal teams to align service flow and infrastructure design with the organizations long-term objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops and project meetings to capture requirements and co-develop strategies, workflows, and implementation approaches.
  • Compile end-user requirements, operational guidelines, and workflow processes through interactive sessions, including simulation and prototyping.
  • Develop business proposals and documentation to support funding requests and project approvals.
  • Monitor project progress across different workstreams and provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting risks or delays when necessary.
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials for management committees on development updates.
  • Oversee activities related to the development and implementation of general and community hospital services.
  • Ensure operational models are implemented effectively in line with care models and financial guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in healthcare management, business, or a any other related discipline.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in healthcare operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong collaborative relationships across teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability to drive team performance and operational success.
