About the Company

We are representing a reputable healthcare organisation in Singapore seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and strengthen primary care services. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical and corporate stakeholders to drive operational excellence, enhance service quality, and contribute to the delivery of accessible, patient-centred care within a dynamic healthcare environment.

About the Role

You will be a key member of the clinic management team, responsible for driving operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement. Working closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and corporate stakeholders, you will support the planning and implementation of business initiatives that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows, effective resource utilisation, and timely service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and enhancing operational systems, processes, and capabilities.
  • Lead service quality enhancement projects and implement best practices to improve patient experience and operational outcomes.
  • Manage, coach, and develop operations staff, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with corporate office departments to plan and implement strategic business initiatives and operational changes.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions to meet service and organisational targets.
  • Support clinic leadership in change management, policy implementation, and operational planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is a must; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in healthcare operations, preferably within a primary care or outpatient setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, service quality management, and operational improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing operational teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
