We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of our billiard club. You will lead staff, manage service standards, handle customer experience, and ensure smooth, efficient operations in a vibrant entertainment environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily club operations, service flow, and customer experience
Lead and supervise staff, scheduling, and training
Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
Support tournaments, events, and private bookings
Handle operational reporting and daily sales reconciliation
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
Relevant experience in operations (F&B, entertainment, sports or club environment preferred)
Strong leadership, service mindset, and problem-solving skills
Able to work evenings and weekends when required
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
