Operations Manager (Billiard Club)

Location: Singapore . Full-time

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of our billiard club. You will lead staff, manage service standards, handle customer experience, and ensure smooth, efficient operations in a vibrant entertainment environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily club operations, service flow, and customer experience

• Lead and supervise staff, scheduling, and training

• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations

• Support tournaments, events, and private bookings

• Handle operational reporting and daily sales reconciliation

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

• Relevant experience in operations (F&B, entertainment, sports or club environment preferred)

• Strong leadership, service mindset, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work evenings and weekends when required

• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
