Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage operations across different locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across outlets to ensure smooth workflow
- Implement and maintain SOPs, service standards, and operational processes
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory and stock control
- Monitor outlet performance and resolve operational issues
- Work closely with management to improve efficiency and support business growth
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in F&B operations or similar industry
- Experience in handling multi-outlet operations is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and team management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
