Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical repair background in refrigerators and washing machines, along with proficiency in rental management, customer service, and financial documentation handling. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Mechanical Repair Expertise:

Utilize in-depth knowledge of refrigerator and washing machine mechanics to provide guidance and support to the repair team.

Conduct quality control checks on repair work, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer expectations.

Troubleshoot complex repair issues and provide technical solutions.

Rental Management:

Oversee the rental operations, including property maintenance, lease agreements, and tenant relations.

Ensure timely collection of rent, handle rental inquiries, and address tenant concerns.

Coordinate property inspections and facilitate the resolution of any maintenance issues.

Customer Service:

Establish and maintain exceptional customer service standards, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing effective solutions in a professional manner.

Train and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer service experiences.

Financial Documentation Handling:

Manage financial records, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.

Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions.

Process Optimization:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in mechanical repair, specifically in refrigerators and washing machines.

Solid understanding of rental management processes and customer service principles.

Proficiency in financial documentation handling and strong analytical skills.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
