Job Description

1. Day to day Operations and management for 3 outlets (4th outlet expansion is in-progress )

2. Should be ready for extended hours (Morning 5 AM to 11 PM) with multiple small breaks

3. Fluent in English/Tamil/Mandarin/Malay (atleast 2 combinations Mandatory) to handle customer service

4. Food safety course from SFA is mandatory / Level 3 food safety course completion.

5. Knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel (Certification will be added advantage)

6. Nutrition certificate will be added advantage

7. Billing and Accounts needs to be co-ordinated with Accounts/Auditing team on weekly basis.

8. Human resources management. Staff attendance, entry and exit timing management in software system.

9. Maintain inventory and stocks (Supplier management)

10. Fixing the menu for the day and arranging the stocks accordingly in advance

11. Create/Handle Social media marketing / Digital marketing

12. Ready to handle different timings and need to handle all the outlet queries and shifts

13. Monthly 2 days off based on work load staff availability.

14. Maintain high standards of hygiene

15. Catering management, Packaging and delivery should be handled in efficient way.

16. Knowledge about Halal food safety is necessary. Halal certification will be added adavntage.

17. Should have marketing experience to bring catering orders from corporate/Government offices.
