About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing financial technology firm in the digital asset space. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day transaction operations, ensure a high standard of client servicing, and manage one direct team member. This role also involves driving process improvements and supporting operational projects that enhance efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily transaction processing and operational workflows with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance to regulatory standards
- Oversee client servicing, handling queries and providing solutions to deliver a seamless client experience
- Supervise, mentor, and develop one team member within the operations function
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Compliance, etc.) to streamline processes and resolve issues
- Lead or support projects aimed at process enhancement, automation, and operational scalability
- Monitor risks and strengthen operational controls to ensure robust governance
Requirements
- 58 years of relevant operations experience within financial services, fintech, or digital asset firms
- Prior exposure to digital assets, fintech, or crypto custody preferred
- Strong understanding of transaction processing, settlements, and client servicing
- Demonstrated ability to manage or mentor junior staff
- Proven track record in project management and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment
