Job Description

We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead our soft services division. This role requires immediate, demonstrated competence in three non-negotiable areas. If you lack these capabilities, do not apply.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

1. Financial & Administrative Autonomy (Advanced Excel):

  • Required: Microsoft Advanced Excel Certification or equivalent proven capability.
  • Must: Independently manage site budgets, cost analysis, and produce all required internal financial reports. Your system competence must support full autonomy over site performance data.

2. Client Management & Commercial Safeguarding:

  • Required: Documented track record in effective Client Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Must: Produce and present all necessary client-facing and billing reports to ensure zero obstruction to monthly invoicing. You must possess deep contractual knowledge to actively protect against scope creep.

3. End-to-End Local Recruitment Solutions:

  • Required: Direct ownership of the entire recruitment cycle for Singapore Citizens/PRs-from candidate search and sourcing to successful employment on-site.
  • Must: Solve all local manpower challenges and reliably ensure full, high-quality staffing for all sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence and ensure high service standards across all soft services contracts.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage supervisors and frontline staff.
  • Implement efficiency improvements and cost-optimization initiatives.
