Currently, we are expanding our operations to include other sectors which deal mainly with acid refractory lining and similar requirements to enhance our product offerings to our clients.

Job Summary

Lead and manage workforce training and operations in scaffolding, insulation, refractory, and fireproofing sectors while supporting business expansion into new markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce recruitment and selection processes to build a skilled team aligned with operational needs
• Design and deliver training programs to transfer work experience and technical skills to employees, enhancing workforce capability
• Manage daily work operations to ensure timely and quality service delivery for existing clientele
• Apply industry knowledge to support expansion into acid refractory lining and related sectors, driving business growth
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align operational activities with strategic objectives and client requirements
• Monitor workforce performance and implement improvements to optimize productivity and safety standards
