Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Establish and improve the Company's organizational and work system.

Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers.
Ensure operation standards are adhered to by all norms.
Responsibly review daily transactions and prevent any irregularity.
Monitor and maintain compliance of all company policies and procedures to make sound business decisions.
Manage budget, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase profitability.
Plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as maintaining a high level of customer service.
Manage complaints cases whenever necessary.
Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Diploma and above in Business Management or equivalent.
Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
Results-orientated with strong understanding of day to day operations processes.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
Energetic and self-motivated individuals highly preferred.
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in both Chinese and English as required to communicate with customers.
