OPERATIONS MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)

. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

. Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee efficiency

. Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant

. Formulate strategic and operational objectives

. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

. Manage budgets and forecasts

. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

. Recruit, train and supervise staff

. Find ways to increase quality of service

. Minimum Bachelor's/Master's Degree

. At least Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development and operations management

. Ability to generate new projects and identify strategic areas for growth

. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

. Strong commercial acumen and sound financial knowledge

. Computer savvy, with excellent oral and writing skills

. Excellent communication and presentation skills

. Manage resource allocation and utilization, including personnel and finances.

. Prepare and manage budgets for business operations and growth.

. Provide management with regular updates on business development and operations.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
