Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring completion within the designated timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the work of construction crews to ensure smooth project execution.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms and compliance with project requirements.
• Resolve issues and challenges that arise during the construction process to maintain project progress.
• Maintain and enforce safety standards on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Site-based role, majority outdoor work environment.
