Job Responsibilities
. Oversee daily operational activities to ensure all processes run efficiently
. In charge of developing new SOP to help improve work process
. Support in business continuity activities and records management
. Support monthly compliance check on the contract management deliverables and consolidate evidence to support all the deliverables
. Involved in planning schedule
. Liaising with sales personnel and/or customer on existing and incoming stock detail
. Source, select, appoint and assess service vendors in accordance to the Organization's needs, procedures and policies
. Budget controls and management
. Involve in meetings with potential/current clients to work out their concerns and expectations
. Preparations of weekly/monthly reports
. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
. Have at least hold 5 years of relevant experience
. Able to work with minimum supervision
. Work in a fast-paced environment
. Weekend work is required
