Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head to lead the team in Operations, Workplace Safety, Security and Ops Excellence to achieve operational excellence and exemplary standards
- He/she plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the off-site kitchens, ensuring smooth end-to-end processesfrom production planning and food preparation to dispatch, inventory integrity, and compliance.
- Responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving continuous process improvements, and supporting cross-functional coordination to uphold service delivery standards
- Responsible to attain budgeted numbers for food and manpower costs
- Collaborate and coordinate with external stakeholders when needed
- Strengthen workforce discipline, foster collaboration, drive productivity
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Culinary Management, Food Production, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of experience in central kitchen, large-scale food production, or F&B operations
- Meticulous, organised, and decisive individual who can manage people, processes, and performance with clarity and accountability
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, high-volume, time-sensitive environment
- Need to display strategic thinking.
